Q - What information do I need to log in?
A - You will need the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) and the Month and Date of your birth (no year). This is the same information you provided on the Live CE Evaluation form submitted after the activity.

Q - I don’t see the activity I attended on the list. What should I do now?
A - CE activity records should be posted to the website approximately 3 weeks after the presentation date of the activity. If your record is not available after 3 weeks, please send an inquiry (allow 72 hours for a reply). Activities attended before 2005 will not appear on this site. Contact PPES to receive a duplicate statement of credit/participation for activities prior to 2005.

Q - The record I want to print out is in BOLD, while others are in regular font. What is the difference?
A - Records in regular font have not had a statement of credit/participation printed. Once a statement has been printed from the website, the record will appear in BOLD. Additional statement copies will print bearing the notation "duplicate".

Q - Nothing happens when I try to print my certificates - a new window does NOT open when it says it will. How do I print the certificate?
A - Your browser may be set to block pop-up windows. Please change your settings to allow pop-ups for this site. To do so, please follow these instructions (using the menu bar at the top of the browser):

Windows browsers:

Internet Explorer: Go to Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Pop-up Blocker Settings. In the ensuing window, type "cecerts.org" into the field at the top and click Add.

Netscape: Go to Tools>Pop-up Manager>Manage Pop-ups. In the ensuing window, type "cecerts.org" and click Add.

Mac OS X browsers:

Safari: Go to Safari>Block Pop-Up Windows. Make sure this option is UNCHECKED.

Netscape: Go to Netscape>Preferences. A new window will open. Single-click "Privacy & Security", then single-click "Popup Windows". Make sure "Block unrequested popup windows" is UNCHECKED - OR - leave it checked and single-click "Allowed Sites...". Then type "cecerts.org" and click "Add".

Internet Explorer: Does not require pop-ups, so there shouldn’t be a problem.

Q - Why is there an asterisk (*) instead of a check box next to my record?
A - This indicates a record where credit was previously issued for the same activity number. Duplicate credit cannot be issued for the same activity number.

Q - How do I get a copy of a record for an activity that took place before January 1, 2005?
A - Contact PPES for a duplicate copy (allow 72 hours for a reply)
